Date: Thursday, September 21, 2017
Time: 11:30 to 1 PM
Location: Penrose Pavilion (2312 N. Nevada) Colorado Springs. Conference Rooms B & C. (2nd floor near Coffee Bar).
We have designed this workshop specifically for faith communities to provide the insights and tools to enable members to be better managers of their own healthcare experience and make more informed choices for the medical care they seek (for themselves or their family). Healthcare has become increasingly complex and confusing. This workshop will take some of the mystery out of the process for determining where to go when you need care and ensure you will have a better – and safer – experience.
As a result of attending this workshop, you will be able to:
• Be more confident in selecting the right place to go when you (or a family member) are not feeling well.
• Be better equipped to ask the right questions as a healthcare consumer and patient advocate.
• Have a better experience when you do seek care!
We will be providing lunch with your RSVP. Space is limited, so please let John know soon!
