Paid Parking

We provide parking in Manitou Springs for a discount but also as a way to give more to the community. Your contributions helps provide resources for our Friday food pantry, Westside Cares, college scholarships and more.

Building Rentals

Looking for a place for your small business or service that you provide? Contact us for spaces for rent.

Event Spaces

Let us host your next party! All the fun, but none of the mess in your house. Retirement party, graduation party, bridal/baby showers, weddings, concerts/recitals, birthday parties for all ages.

Give to Community Congregational Church through

King Soopers Rewards

This program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your Card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at King Soopers and swipe your Shopper’s Card. Any transactions moving forward using the Shopper’s Card number associated with your digital account will be applied to the program, at no added cost to you. King Soopers donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating King Soopers Community Rewards organizations.
